Note: All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers. This may require us to contact you on your number even if it is listed on the DND list. Purpose Behind Seeking Your Information

We require your information in order to carry out settlement services activities. This includes:

  • Copy of your Credit file
  • Details of the unsecured loans
  • Number of missed EMI on these unsecured loans
  • Age of outstanding loans
  • Proof of funds that is required for settlement
  • Proof of incapacity to pay EMI if any

We will keep your information as long as we required for the purpose set out above or as required by any law that may apply from time to time.
